Where ForkStock.com provides a translation of the English-language version of these Terms for convenience, the English version shall govern in all cases. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version shall take precedence.
This is a license agreement between you and Fork Stock that explains how you may use the photos and video clips you license from us. By downloading or using any content from Fork Stock, you agree to the terms of this license agreement.
1. No Unlawful Use
Content from Fork Stock may not be used in any unlawful, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise offensive manner. Content may not be used to promote violence, hatred, discrimination, or in violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or industry codes.
2. No Commercial Use of “Editorial Use Only” Content
Content marked “editorial use only” may not be used for:
- Commercial, promotional, or advertising purposes
- Advertorials or endorsements
- Gambling, betting, or gaming
- Merchandising or product packaging
“Editorial use only” content is not model- or property-released and is intended strictly for descriptive purposes such as news reporting, commentary, textbooks, blogs, newspapers, or magazines.
3. No Standalone File Use
You may not use Fork Stock content in any way that allows it to be downloaded, extracted, or redistributed as a standalone file (i.e., separate from your project or end use).
4. No Use in Trademarks or Logos
Unless expressly authorized by Fork Stock under a separate license, you may not use any content (in whole or in part) as part of a trademark, logo, service mark, trade name, or brand identity. You may not register or attempt to register such content as intellectual property, nor prevent others from using similar content.
Buyers are solely responsible for lawful usage.

Fork Stock is committed to ensuring our content is used responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with legal standards. By using our content, you agree to follow this policy. Failure to do so may result in termination of your license, removal of access, or legal action.
Respectful Use: Content featuring recognizable individuals may not be used in a way that is offensive, misleading, or harmful to their reputation.
No Unaltered Resale: You may not sell or distribute photos or videos in their original, unmodified form (for example, as posters, prints, or on physical products). Content must be incorporated into a larger design, project, or product.
No Implied Endorsements: You may not suggest or imply that any person, business, or brand shown in Fork Stock content endorses your product, service, or message.
No Redistribution: Our photos and videos cannot be resold, shared, or redistributed on other stock media platforms, wallpaper sites, or similar services.
No Trademark Use: Content may not be used as part of a trademark, service mark, business name, or logo.
